Tiredness in Worker Cooperatives

Some people here may have participated in Mateusz Belz's research. He has just shared his BA paper "Working Democratically in a Despotic Market - Qualitative Exploration of Tiredness in Worker Cooperatives". There's precious little research of this kind - that focuses on the question of worker wellbeing and the social relationship of worker cooperation, rather than the well-covered externalities.
