Community "Present" = Beta + We are Listening Closed Wed 17 Jul 2013 12:00PM

This proposal is based on (this proposal will close on 17 july):

on the 23rd congratulate the community for the 15 years of Mandrake, this means for the 15 years of Community :-)*
on the same day give them the new Beta release as present
and start the Community and Developers surveys**

** The Community survey will be based only on default preferences and will not compromise the stability of features freeze, this means that the options will be controlled and design together with the TC. The developer survey, also ensemble together with TC, will focus on difficulties, problems and suggestions to improve contribution and work on cooker, etc...
