What do we have and what do we need?
Dear BIS team members / practitioners,
I would like to create some space for us to meet a little more often so that together we can identify whats working well and where we may have gaps to fill. I'd like to schedule in some regular (weekly) times over the next couple of months, in addition to our monthly meetings.
Each session will have a specific topic, supervision/coaching/teams/structure,training, FBA's, wisdom map, Restrictive Practices etc...
I would like to invite you to suggest some topics for these sessions and I'll do my best to prioritise them and schedule them into weekly MS Teams meetings.
Can I also ask you to suggest preferred days/times during the week and I'll do my best to be as flexible as possible.
The aim here is for us to :
Draw our attention to what we have
Draw our attention to what we need
Co create better systems of work
Have a positive impact on the individuals and communities we work with.
Maybe even develop a strategic plan to work towards.
I look forward to hearing from you all :)
