I've read about Mechelen? Antwerpen? But it's somewhere hidden on Facebook, so if these crews could clarify this here, it would be very kind!
About the date : I think a late GA is better than an unprepared GA, so we shouldn't be afraid to delay if we can't do it properly.

the venue is reserved for the 22nd, free of charge.
