Approve applications to join CoTech
Hi folks,
Common Knowledge have applied to join CoTech. Here's what James has to say by way of introduction:
> Common Knowledge is a workers cooperative focused on building tech
> products and infrastructure for grassroots, political and community
> organising.
>
> The co-op was founded to fix a critical problem of lack of technological
> capacity, experience and purpose-built political tech products in the
> progressive space.
>
> We are committed to helping build autonomous movements and
> communities of hopeful and inspired political actors confident in their
> ability to act, represent their own interests and build power in their
> communities.
>
> Common Knowledge builds political tech products, partners with
> organisations, provides technical expertise, training and consultancy to
> political organisations, unions and local government.
>
> We are a strong interdisciplinary team bringing together political, design,
> technical and academic experience garnered from years of organising,
> campaigning, building teams and tools and mobilising communities. The
> members of our team, individually and collectively, have made a
> significant impact on the political fabric of the UK.
Although we don't ask co-ops to provide their articles of association as a condition of joining, Common Knowledge have graciously provided theirs (attached).
This proposal is a members vote as per our constitution and will run for 7 days. It will pass if there are no disagreement or block votes. One vote per co-op please, and do take time to participate if you can, as well as strengthening our governance it's also an opportunity for Common Knowledge to see some of the other CoTech co-ops who actively participate in the network.

Governing doc: See Companies ouse - they are are worker co-op using a CLG legal form - the governing document is clear and includes explicit reference to the internationally agreed values and principles. For me that makes them very clearly eligible. Incorporated on March 20th.

Just for due diligence, could you @kayleighwalsh or someone document that InFact meet our official criteria? I would also find it helpful to see their web site, to check on the image they put across to the public. Thanks.
