I've not really anything to report, I was unwell though out a lot of Dec. Max took over the last meeting for me. And I'm unsure what happened in that meeting.

A marketing Hackathon was organised for Sat to plan for the launch. I wont be there as I will be with my daughter and son training for their skating competition on Sun. But it will be the basis of our planning up until the launch mid year.

Other than that the Ops team has on-boarded a few more MarComms people so I'd like to welcome Jesse, Malia and Kripa to the team and i look forward to working with you all over the next few weeks. Time for MarComms to start making an impact

Partnerships Report

Simon Davies commented:

A quiet couple of months in partnerships, but still some progress nonetheless. The team have been progressing with:

• Developing a Vision Paper for the organisation - to clarify and organise the isgood story

• Applied to run a workshop at a Humanitarian Leadership conference

• Market research into Foundations in Aus, UK and US - to get and understanding of the size and nature of those markets. This is to help inform our growth strategy going forward.

• Re-worked how we are positioning the the work that we can do with partners while the app is in development, switching our focus from "Development Partnerships" to "digital enablement" - where we can help clients in more of a consulting style, leveraging our super team and our super AI tech

• Towards the end of last year we had some positive conversations with people working on the Circular Economy in Victoria

• Fruitful discussion with SENVIC CEO just today, to take a partnership with SENVIC a step further for the benefit of their members - and they are keen on talking about our digital enablement services for their own organisation

Next:

• Reorganise ourselves, our objectives and our work to make it easier to make progress towards organisational goals

• Get cracking on meeting the objective that we set  

Analyst/DS Report

Sanee Salim (and Murtadha AL-Sharuee) commented:

Wins:

·In January we were able to get new contributors on board and successfully completed their induction process

·We were able to sort out the team structure with two co-leads of the team: Sanee and Murtadha and three senior members: Koti, Ramida, Rohan and a group of new incoming people.

·We were able to arrange our first in person catch up at the hack pad in Balwyn to ensure everyone is on the same track and some tasks are distributed.

·AWS deployment has been initiated with all the required resources setup and access has been granted to senior team members.

·The isgood inbound databases have been uploaded to AWS and populated as well.

·AWS infrastructure for the first module has been designed and finalized.

Challenges:

·We realised that we have lacked in proper documentation while coding previously and need to ensure we have proper documentation from this point onwards.

WIP:

·Next month we will be reanalyzing the AWS infrastructure and ensuring that all the deployment is aligned with the infrastructure.

·Consolidating Mapper Scripts

·Consolidating W2Vec Scripts

·Update Database with Vectorization tables

OKR/Goals:

·By end of Feb have some sort of executable code with output up and running on AWS EC2 and able to communicate with RDS.

Tech Update

Max Lynam commented:

January has been a bit of a time of reflection and refocus

• discovered licensing of previous webapp starter was not compatible with intended use :(

• a rebase of webapp & consolidation of Mod One UI

• ds team firming up

Main updates for coming period:

• managed QA, Specs/Docs, Testing and Research (all areas)

• to launch Mod One within Q1 (milestone timeline to work back from)
